Meet our Founder &CEO
Kimberly Ricks | Founder & CEO
With over 20 years of experience in customer service, leadership, education, and operations, Kimberly Ricks brings a diverse background in business management, early childhood education, and personal development. She holds associate degrees in Business Management, Early Childhood Education, and Practical Theology and is a Certified Life Coach and Financial Coach.

As an entrepreneur, educator, and leader, Kimberly has owned and operated a licensed childcare facility, trained early childhood professionals, and managed day-to-day operations within a Head Start program. Her experience combines practical industry knowledge with a passion for professional development, financial empowerment, and helping individuals reach their full potential.

Kimberly is also the Founder and CEO of Rebuilding and Uplifting Inc., a nonprofit organization whose roots began with the Rebuilding and Uplifting Women Sisterhood in 2018. In 2020, the organization established its nonprofit structure and expanded its work through educational classes, community outreach, and supportive programs designed to uplift individuals and strengthen communities.
